Founded in 2008 as an affiliate of the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines, the Polk
City Community Foundation (PCCF) is dedicated to enriching our community. We are led by a
local board of directors who share a deep commitment to Polk City’s future.

At PCCF, our mission is to sustain and grow Polk City’s charitable programs, ensuring lasting
community impact. We collaborate with individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to
create charitable funds that support our community now and for generations to come.
